a lil bit about me

Hello, my name is Anna Bjørge!

I am so happy you found my little corner of the internet. While finishing up the creation of my website, this was the most difficult portion to complete…and I think that’s because there is so much of who I am that inspires my work as an artist.

I take pride in being a creator, a big sister, a friend, a lifelong learner, and a teacher of young multilingual learners. I love being able to share my passion for language and art with my students.

I am a lover of adventure, community, novelty, writing, reading, hiking, and nature.

Some things that bring me joy include: singing in the car with loved ones, watching the sun set over the sea, morning coffee or tea, and stargazing.

  • I love free-diving and exploring the world underwater.

  • I have lived abroad three times and am bilingual in Spanish.

  • I write songs on my ukulele and love making music

Many of the things that inspired me as a young girl are still what drive my art today.

The little girl who loved to draw, paint, and play back then, teaches me so much about curiosity and exploring new ideas without fear or judgment. I love tapping into the imagination and spirit that she and I share.
